Mr. Schroeder graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law and has been practicing law for over 16 years.
He is licensed in all District, Circuit and Federal courts in Minnesota and Wisconsin and focuses his practice on personal injury, workers compensation and insurance disputes.
He has litigated cases with some of the best trial lawyers in the country and has represented clients throughout the United States. He has handled cases in the following states:

A former insurance claims adjuster, Mr. Schroeder is frequently selected to arbitrate insurance disputes. An avid motorcyclist and member of the Street Legal Motorcycle Club, he is also frequently contacted to represent injured motorcyclists.
Mr. Schroeder is a frequent lecturer on Bad Faith insurance law and automobile law in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He has also served as a judge for the National Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions.
Mr. Schroeder holds numerous professional memberships and has received several prestigious industry awards. He is an active member of the Minnesota and Wisconsin and American trial lawyers associations. He has been selected by Who’s Who in Personal Injury Law for four consecutive years from 2006 through 2009 and was also named one of the top 40 Workers' Compensation lawyers in Minnesota.
